2008 Providing financial help to Seminarians in Fiji.

Our first ever commitment was to replace training books in the Fijian seminarian library, after a devastating cyclone had caused flooding and destruction of property. Funded by an end of year collection, a cheque was presented to a representative at a mass in the chapel of New Norcia.

Community-led development is about recognizing that the people most affected by development challenges are also the ones best equipped to address them.
